Barton holds title to lots 2 – 7 and 65 of Tarcoola South, in the immediate vicinity of the Perseverance Mine. These are freehold properties which provide the Company convenient accommodation and storage facilities less than 5km from the Tarcoola Project.
The Homestead
Lots 2 – 4 are the site of the former Tarcoola Hospital, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and is in excellent condition. The Homestead can accommodate up to 18 people and will support Barton exploration, development and operations personnel.
Manager’s Quarters
Lot 65 contains a 5 bedroom house which is used as the main accommodation for Barton management overseeing exploration and development activities, as well as a large storage shed.
